Mr. S., deputy director of a large construction company in the Republic of Tatarstan, is charged with complicity in the murder of an entrepreneur committed by members of an organized criminal group.
The investigation charged him under Art. 33(5), Art. 105(2) of the Russian Criminal Code — aiding and abetting in a murder.
Current status
Attorney Sergey Nikolaev has been representing Mr. S. since November 2024. The investigation is complete, and the case is now being heard by a jury.
